Twenty Management Group is a US-registered OnlyFans management agency specialising in creators from the US, UK, Australia and Canada. It didn't start as one. It started as an Instagram page — @under20k — built to promote female creators and grow their socials through paid promotion. The name was the whole brief: creators under 20,000 followers. Creators with smaller audiences who were too often overlooked.
Running that page put us in front of hundreds of creators, and the same thing kept happening. They'd ask who was managing them, and too often the answer was nobody. The options they had found were anonymous, disorganised, and frequently dishonest — people operating out of DMs with no company behind them and no interest in protecting anyone.
